Émile Merizzi, the first lawyer in Napierville, built this magnificent home in 1890, living in it with his wife Eva until his death in 1957. Our home, located in the heart of the village, presided over the growth of the town and its surroundings and still proudly overlooks the area today.
With its 4-acre wooded property covered with mature trees, it is an attractive and pleasant spot for clients and friends who want to enjoy a rural and restful setting.
Our house has kept its original wood trim. All modifications were made with respect for the style of the era, giving it the advantages of a modern home with all of the charm of an old home. Three small dining rooms were set up in existing rooms without altering this superb century home's character.
