Luc Van Winden is the chef and one of the owners. Born in Sherrington, he has a diploma from the Institut du tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec. While working as a cook for over 15 years in the Laurentians, he collaborated with prestigious chefs and honed his skills in renowned kitchens. He returned to his native region in 2000 to work on the family farm, participating in the growth of the mixed green salad production company. Sorely missing his first love, he decided to return to the stove, to everyone's delight. Enjoy your meal!

Anne-Marie Flynn, organic herb and spice merchant, oversees the importation of organic spices and teas from the four corners of the earth. Farmer and cheese maker in her spare time, she grows delicious organic vegetables and transforms her fine goat's milk into tasty cheeses. Loyal partner in crime to her husband the chef, it will be her pleasure to serve you mouth-watering dishes with reinvented tastes.
