Where to find our olive products?

Luc and Anne-Marie take pleasure in going to the local market to choose the fruits and vegetables they will serve according to the day's colours and instincts. Cheeses are local and honour Québec's master cheese makers. The meat, from traditional farms, is tender and hormone-free and the fish is fresh and simply prepared.

Chez Émile offers you warm and friendly cooking that changes with the seasons, uses the best products in Québec and favours organic, ecological and fair trade products.

Clef des Champs organic spices and teas are sold onsite. Each year, the owners import over 1,000 litres of extra virgin organic olive oil directly from the grower to be used in the kitchen or sold to customers in 750 ml bottle format.
